Drawing from depth psychology and trauma healing methods, my work with you will encompass a variety of theories, including somatic, transpersonal, relational, and psychodynamic modalities. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that engages the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—integrating Somatic Experiencing™, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other body-centered approaches.

Somatic Experiencing™ is a form of alternative therapy aimed at relieving the symptoms of trauma by focusing on your perceived body sensations. During our sessions, I may incorporate exercises that help release the nervous system from stored tension, restoring a sense of safety and presence.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based approach designed to help the brain process distressing memories in a way that reduces their emotional charge. By engaging in bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements or tactile tapping—you can access your brain’s innate ability to heal, integrating past experiences rather than remaining stuck in them. This method is particularly helpful for processing both big and small traumas, reducing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and overwhelming emotional responses.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a compassionate framework for understanding the multiplicity of the self. We all carry different parts within us—some wounded, some protective, some wise. Through IFS, we explore these inner parts with curiosity rather than judgment, helping them unburden their pain so that your core Self—the part of you that is calm, compassionate, and whole—can emerge as the leader of your internal system. This approach fosters deep self-connection and healing by integrating fragmented aspects of your experience.

I believe there are whole worlds of possibility in the spaces between thoughts, sounds, and even between your impulses and cravings. I will be by your side as we navigate these spaces together.
